I missed Richmond. I grew up here for some time as a kid. I just arrived here to Virginia just as the sun is Perkins through. It’s so quiet, the air is cleaner, & I can smell the morning dew off the pine tree’s. I have an hour to kill & am so tired. Definitely scared to sleep though from fear of missing my transfer.

I had to wash my face & teeth just now. Felt so grimey & already want to change clothes. Should’ve washed these before I left. In the bathroom a stranger asked if he could have some of my toothpaste. Judging by his sheepish manner in asking I knew he was shy yet desperate. I know exactly how he felt so I shared some of mine. Dirty & grimey.

Next stop Charlotte, North Carolina.

It’s funny how people forget you so easily. I haven’t been on Facebook for about a week & I haven’t heard from people I use to hear on an almost daily basis. Heh, forever a lone wolf. All good! :D
